The story followed the life of Kriya Ghai(Portrayed by [Shakti Mohan] (who left the show due to inevitable circumstances). kriya falls in love with reyansh lovingly called rey but as shivam reveals it to kriya's mother she along with kriya leaves mumbai . now there is a new girl called taani who loves rey . she strugles to get close to rey but due rumours rey tells that he and taani are are just friends.shivam gets a chance to take revenge on taani's brother swayam who were enemeis long ago and tells that he and taani are a couple.

Dazzlers

Kunwar Amarjeet Singh- Reyaansh Singhania (Rey) - Male Lead

Reyaansh is the college heart-throb. He is a great dancer. He and Sharon are the dancing couple of St Louis College, but his interest in Sharon does not go beyond being best friends. He considers Sharon as his best friend, along with Vicky and Nilesh as his 'best buddies' or as they call it 'Chuddy buddies'. Swayam who is happened to be Kriya's best friend is always his good friend but now he and Rey have become best friends. Although he is rich, and the leader of the Dazzlers, he is not averse to making friends from the wrong side of the track. He gets smitten with Kriya, right from their first encounter at a nightclub in Dehradun on New Year's Eve. He falls in love with her at first sight and is shocked when he meets her again in college. When Kriya joins St Louis his feelings for her become stronger, although he does not express it publicly. Rey always looks out for Kriya and also secretly helped her make her team and dissolve the divide between The Dazzlers and the Weaklings. Later in the Dance fest Kriya tells him that he is more than a friend to her as he asks so, and from here on, they start their relationship secretly but later their cruel destiny throws them apart from each other because of a reason that is still mysterious to him. He is loved by every one but maybe not some. Rey is the best dancer and he dances well with Kriya. After Kriya's exit from his life, he becomes a loner and thinks of her often but now he thinks more about Taani. He used to find Taani very annoying and weird. He used to think Taani is his responsibility as she is Swayam's sister. But in the recent episodes it has shown that Rey has developed feelings for Taani and becomes very disturbed and rather jealous seeing Shivam and Taani as a "couple".He has started liking Taani.

'[Sneha Kapoor] Sharanjeet Kaur Singh Sharon Gautam Rai Prakash - Parallel Female Lead The rich-kid, Sharon is Gautam Rai Prakash's daughter, who happens to be Kriya's role model. Daddy's girl, she's had mostly everything go her own way. She loves to dance and on the dance floor she slapped Swayam. She's very cautious of how she looks, and is always worried about her who's-hot-who's-not rating. She is paired opposite Swayam, an entirely opposite character to her. Reviewing the recent episodes, she and Swayam have confessed their love for each other and are currently in a TRIAL RELATIONSHIP and because of this TRIAL RELATIONSHIP Sharon has changed a lot as she is now helpful to everyone . She started helping Swayam because of the article on Rey and Taani on net but Swayam is upset with her because she lied to him and told him to go out of the college for some reason and they are having some sort of misunderstanding because of this. Later, this misunderstanding got cleared.

Vikramjeet Kalsi (Vicky) He is Rey's next to best friend. He is like a brother to Rey and always has to cover for him. He saw Rey and Kriya in the locked room during the RDX's party and thought that Rey has feelings for Kriya, but Vicky was not serious about this (Though Rey really loves Kriya very very much) Vicky believed in Rey's 'Funda' that a girl is the other name of trouble until he falls in love with Neha, Kria's best friend during the RDX party. He becomes so mesmerised by her new avatar at the RDX party,and both of them spend a special time together where he starts having feelings for her. But still after that he tends to be mean towards Neha and weaklings at times.However gradually his view on them like Rey changed too and got fed up with the fights between the two groups.During the trip he openly tells Rey that he likes Neha of which Rey tries to take advantage like he asks Vicky to do something,giving him the hope that Neha would like it. It is a running gag in the show that whenever Vicky looks at Neha, he feels that he is falling into a pool and hears the song 'Jab se tere naina' in the background. When all the boys go for a Boys Night out- he openly admits to them that he is love with Neha, after which he takes help of Rey and Swayam to impress Neha. He is too possessive about her and doesn't even spare his best friends when they say anything against Neha — like yelling at Nilesh when he called her a weakling and even kidnapped Rey for her sake. Apart from Rey, he has a strong friendship with Nilesh and both of them make the comic impact of the show. Sometimes his weird behaviour and catching him in awkward situations, made Nilesh doubt that he is interested in Boys which later got clarified. However it was shown at times that Nilesh knew that Vicky was attracted to Neha. He is one of the main and strongest dancers of the team. He is an amazing popper. Vicky proposed to Neha in a restaurant and they have been together since. Vicky and Neha are the lead dancers of Bollywood night event and show a strong chemistry.

Nilesh Kotian (Nil) Nilesh is the rap star of the college. He is best buddies with Rey and Vicky. He and Vicky makes up the comic impact of the show.He has feelings for Simi of his team.A ballroom Dance teacher has come and Nilesh wants to impress Nicole. He always dreams about her, around the college making Simi Jealous. Although, when Simmi is in US, he misses her a lot.

Simmi Malhotra She is Sharon's best friend. She has developed a crush on the college counseller along with the other girls. She likes Nilesh of her team. She always admires Sharon in what she does.She wants to win Nilesh's heart. Now as Nilesh likes the new ballroom teacher, Nicole, Simi is very jealous of her. She is sharon's follower. According to recent episodes, it's revealed that Nil likes Simmi, with her being unaware about it.

'Rini Shah She is the rather slow one out of all of the dazzlers and is always worried about her make up and looks. She is one of the few people who can understand Amar's words. She has a soft corner for Amar of the Weaklings team. Whenever Amar says anything, she starts looking at him thoughtlessly. Apart from the Dazzlers, she also admires Sharon in what she does. Vishakha always taunts her by saying that she can not think.

swayam Shekhawat Shantanu Maheshwari - Parallel Male Lead He is the most popular character of this show. The lovable Boy-Next-Door and the Lover Boy. Seeing his tremendous dancing skills, Kriya wanted him to be join the weaklings. As Sharon did not want Kriya to make a team, Swayam denied Kriya as he thought that Sharon will be disappointed if he joined the team. Later, he changed his mind and joined the weakling and also helped Kriya for making their entire team. Swayam is in love with Sharon. Besides, he did all the things what Sharon told to him to do. He tried to woo her but all his attempts were in vain until in RDX sir's party in which he and Sharon spent a special time together,after which things looked on the bright side for his and Sharon's relationship which they name as trial relationship. He is close friends with Kriya, Bharat and Rey. He is the best friend of Kriya and Rey. He is a very good dancer and a charming person, which attracts Sharon to him later. He is the only one who knows about Rey's feelings for Kria and how much Rey loves Kriya, so he always helps him. He is on friendly terms with everyone and wants that the distance between the dazzlings and the weaklings to get cleared. Swayam is the one who manipulated the college Rose queen results and made Kria, the "Rose Queen" as, he wanted to finish the enmity between Kriya and Reyaansh. Later, in a task given to them by Professor Malik, he revealed the truth of manipulation of the result of the "Rose Queen" title. He is appointed as the Asst.C.S by RDX. He is Sharon's secret admirer who has been showering her with expensive gifts. After Swayam tells Sharon that He is Sharon's Secret Admirer, Sharon tells him that she hates him and hurts him a lot. Of late, he tries to Ignore her as much as he can . Swayam is a very philosophical boy. His talking's, his thoughts are like the sane and wise men. All the boys always consider himself as the most experienced guy about love among them. Hence the boys specially Rey and Vicky want help from him to woo their lady-love. He's Taani ( new lead ) 's brother and Sharon's boyfriend. He becomes very protective and possessive when it comes to Taani. Neha Kapoor Neha was the first friend of Kriya when Kriya joined the St. Louis college. Before Kriya, Neha had no friends and that's why she always spoke to herself using third person form. She is very bad in English but tries to overcome it. Neha was always called 'Miss verbal diarrhea' or 'Reverse English'. When Kriya found out her hidden talent of dancing she asked Neha for joining her team and Neha joined the Weaklings. Neha had a crush on the college cultural head Ravi Dixit and she announces that in RDX's party after getting drunk. But in that party, she spent time with Vicky after getting drunk. After that night, she fell for Vicky but did not express her feelings to Vicky as much as he used to do. Neha is a very filmy girl. As once mentioned by Swayam to Rey that Neha believed that one day someone like Raj in DDLJ will come in her life. She flirts with a guy named Ali in front of Vicky to make Vicky jealous. She proposes Vicky in a restaurant and they get together. She and Vicky were the lead dancers in the Bollywood night of the dance fest.She is the first one to accept taani in the team.

Amar Kalra Amar is known as a 'Totla' in the college,however he does not stammer when he is drunk.He also works as a waiter in the college canteen.He has feelings for Rini of the dazzlers team.It was later known that he does not feel that he is normal because of his stammering.

Bharat Ragati He is a hot-headed guy and ready to pick up a fight anytime.He works as a part-time mechanic and is crazy about cars.Initially he was not interested in joining Kria's team but after persuasion finally gave in.He shares a close friendship with Swayam and often repairs his cycle for free.Due to his limited vocabulary in English,he finds every English word to be a Gaali[a slang or an abusive word]. He also has a soft corner for Vishakha. Before the dazzlings and the weaklings became friends, Sharon often insulted and hurt him due to his poor background.He is the only person in college whose day is celebrated'THE BHARAT DAY'.

Vishakha

Vishaka is tomboyish by nature and hot headed like Bharat.She is ex-dazzler who boycotted from the group because she couldn't pretend to worship Sharon. She is very strong and always fights for her team.She is paired with Bharat of her own team, and has feelings for him.When Taani is selected as the sixth dancer she is the only one who disapproves as she thinks that no one can replace Kriya.She is shown to be the person who is missing Kriya the most.

Kriya Ghai Shakti Mohan She is a fabulous dancer. She created the team "Weaklings" with Swayam's help. She was the best friend of Swayam. Though, she shared a love-hate relationship with Reyaansh, she is completely in love with Rey and the fictional characters played by herself and Rey are Romaira and Chhabilal. Kriya and Rey confessed their love in the Fire Escape when she said that he is a more than a friend to her. As, she had to leave the college & friends, Kriya told Rey that she never loved him, but rather "used" him to acquire fame and get popular.She didn't want to do this but she had to, so that he can move on with his life. The two separated from each other by their cruel destiny, leaving their fans heartbroken. Shivam calls her mom and tells her about her dance in college.

THE VP takes entry after principal gets promotion. He comes to the coll, and doesn't like the gang as they hate Shivam. There are rumors that he has some relation with shivam, but its not yet confirmed. He forces the gang to include Shivam in their team until the footloose competition is done with... The role is played by Arzeez Gandhi.

' Shivam Dutta' - Main Antagonist

Shivam (better known as Chee-Vam the Creep among fans) is a boy from King Rangers college which is one college that stands against St. Louis in the Footloose Dance Eliminations. Shivam takes entry in the show in the Dance Fest in St. Louis. He wants to create rifts between the members of the St.Louis Dance Team, in order to completely destroy the dance team, so that it would be easier for the King Rangers to win the competition. To do this, he decides to use Sharon and Kriya. He goes most of the time around with Sharon but now its shown that Shivam met Kriya's mother at Kriya's house. While chatting, Shivam was about to mention Kriya's awesome dance but Kriya secretly signals him not to tell her dance-hating mom about her dancing talent. This way, Shivam gets to know that Kriya's dance is a top secret kept from her mother, and zips his mouth in front of Kriya not to tell her mom about it. He takes a final rehearsal video by the dazzlers from sharon's phone to his phone without sharon knowing it. When the King Rangers performed, it was the exact copy from dazzlers...Everyone blames sharon but now its all figured out and perfectly fine... but Everyone hates Shivam. Shivam tells kria's mom about kria's dance ( kria's mom didn't know that it was shivam and neither does kria nor anyone else ) This is why kria was taken back to dehradun.. Shivam took a re-entry in d3 and now is a student of ST.LOUIS. Everyone was shocked! There were many fights. He tries to be close to sharon but sharon ignores and goes to swayam. Everyone kept insulting shivam that he decides to take revenge for all that. In order to do it, he needed help from at least one person... He gets to know that Taani was swayam's sister and was very vulnerable. So decides to use Taani.. The vice-principal is quite impressed with shivam always... Shivam decides to become AGS but before he could talk to the VP. Rey went to the VP knowing the fact that shivam will go, and appointed taani as Asst. General Secretary before shivam did. Episodes show that Shivam has uploaded an article on the college website about Rey and Taani's love story which has spread like fire. This has resulted in fights. While rey called a meeting to clear misunderstanding about rey and taani love story there in beetween the argument shivam enters and tell that taani and he is in a relationship cause he want to be GS in st.louis college.

Assistant Vice-Principal

Khushboo Meerchandani is the new AVP of St. Louis College. Her aim is to reduce the Dazzlers and Weaklings "obsession" for dance and bring back their focus on academics as the college's national and international rank was dropping. She tells Shivam that she sees a future AVP potential in him. She suggests a face-off between the two dance teams so that they can come to a decesion as to which team is a better dancer. She also wishes to ban the dance rehearsals which will of course not be accepted by the teams.

Taani Shekawat - Female Lead

She is Swayam's cousin sister(Bua's daughter) and is quite crazy about Rey, in fact her main intention to come to St.Louis was to meet Rey. She is appointed as the weakling team's sixth dancer because of the fake CD she gave Rey and after Rey got to know that taani cant dance he tries to teach her but during this process everyone in the team gets to know that Taani cant dance.Taani also reveals that she loves Rey but he does not accept it and gets angry on her.When the AGS post remained empty rey knew that Shivam would try to become the AGS but before that could happen he made Taani the new AGS. The following episodes show that Rey starts developing feelings towards her and is jealous of her "supposed"relationship with Shivam.
